PSM Shipping Policy
At Philly Sports memorabilia LLC we value our customers and appreciate their business so much that we provide free shipping for all of our products.
Inside Continental U.S. we use UPS as our main carrier in order to ensure products ship quickly and safely and arrive when expected.
When shipping to Hawaii or Alaska we use the best options available at the time of the sale. Depending on package sizes we will use USPS, UPS or FedEx
At Philly Sports memorabilia we work diligently to ship all orders out the door within 24 hours of purchase (excluding Holidays and weekends). The processing time can vary slightly for certain items depending on size, weight and carrier availability but in most cases orders are shipped within the 24 hour time frame.
We provide shipping estimate times directly from our carriers at time of purchase. Transit time begins once the order has shipped from our facility.
Please note: Standard Ground shipping is 3-7 business days in the continental U.S. If faster delivery times are required we will handle each inquiry individually. Please inquire for further details at info@phillysportsmemorabilia.net. **There will be an additional charge associated to faster delivery times.
Multiple Item Orders:
To keep things simple for our valued customers we ship complete orders together from our Bethlehem, PA facility.
Shipping to an address other than billing address:
If the customer chooses to ship to an address that is not the billing address, the customer agrees that delivery confirmation without signature is sufficient to prove the item was indeed delivered to the recipient.
Signature Required Deliveries:
All orders above $500.00 will require a signature upon delivery. Please, be aware you may need to sign for your package(s) when they arrive.
Customer key-in error and receiver unavailable:
If an address is entered wrong at checkout, or the receiver misses 3 delivery attempts by our shipping carrier, and the product is returned to our warehouse, the true shipping charges will be assumed by the customer for reshipping (any promotional shipping charges do not apply towards reshipping). This payment must be made before an item is reshipped. If an address is entered without the correct unit or suite number FedEx/UPS/USPS needs to deliver the package, or the customer requests a different delivery address post-shipment; a delivery intercept fee must be paid (Standard Carrier policy) and must be paid by the customer. This charge is $16).
Pere-Order Items:
Usually, ship within 3 business days after the signing is completed. Please, note that signing dates are subject to change at the athlete's discretion and pre-order items are non-refundable

Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged for orders shipped within areas of the United States where we have determined sales taxes are applicable. Items shipped to military addresses are not subject to taxes.
The amount of state sales tax charged is based on current tax rates. The amount appearing on your order is an Estimated Tax and may differ from the sales taxes ultimately charged. Shipping charges may also be subject to tax in certain states. State and local tax rates are subject to change at any time. Gift Card purchases are not taxable, however, items paid for with Gift Cards will be taxed if shipped to an address where we collect sales tax. Taxes are refunded for returned items.

While we are dedicated to securing the Services, you are responsible for securing and maintaining the privacy of your passwords and account information. We are not responsible for protecting Personal Data shared with a third-party based on an account connection that you have authorized.
